My ticket/s have not arrived! Why could this be?

All envelopes posted by Oztix are registered with Australia Post. In most circumstances the postie has forgotten to leave you a note stating that your tickets are available for pick-up. In this instance head to http://auspost.com.au/track/ with the Australia Post tracking number emailed the day your order was posted or call your local post office prior to contacting Oztix. If this fails to resolve your issue you can contact us here or contact us by telephone on 1300 762 545.
